Why the other documents don’t fit as the primary source: a Facility SOP covers established procedures and may not track individual trainees or certification milestones; a Facility Training Directory might record completed courses or general training history but not the structured milestones or current team assignments; Training Team minutes are notes from meetings that can change and may not reflect the official, up-to-date plan or all required milestones. The Training Plan, by design, ties the trainees, their responsibilities within the team, and the certification path together in one place.
